What Our Customers Say

Had a great experience working with Tides Team. Chad and his crew were professional from start to finish — communication was solid, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of work really speaks for itself. Everyone was respectful of the property and paid attention to the details. It’s hard to find companies these days that are reliable and deliver quality, but Chad and his team delivered on both. Highly recommend Tides Team for roofing, fencing, and landscaping needs. I’ll definitely be using them again.

So happy to work with Chad and his team. He found an issue with my roof and had it repaired within a week. Cannot ask for a better resolution. Thank you so much!!

Chad was incredibly helpful in fixing a leak in our roof after another contractor already was supposed to. It was a relatively small job but that didn’t dissuade him from coming out to see the problem! He was prompt, kind and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend working with Chad and his team.

Chad and Tide Team were recommended to me along with a couple others roofing companies. Chad IMMEDIATELY answered his phone and was very friendly and professional. No one from the other two companies even called me back. I had to have work done for a client and Chad was able to give a quick quote and not only replace the roof but repair a fence. He not only was professional but so easy to communicate with it didn’t feel like I had just met him. As a real estate agent I am always looking for reliable friendly people to recommend to our clients! I highly recommend Chad and Tide Team.
