Why we give you a range, not one number
Anybody can type a single price into a website. It is usually wrong, and it usually gets "adjusted" once someone is standing in your driveway.
A range is honest. If your roof is simple, you will land near the low end. If there is rot under the shingles or a steep pitch, you will land near the high end, and we will show you why with pictures.
